Apply for an Australian Credit Licence

In late 2009, the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) was introduced which means that from 1 July 2010, those who engage in a credit activity are required to have an Australian Credit Licence.

Compact, our associated compliance business can help you apply for an Australian Credit Licence (ACL).
