Instructions: We need to know a few things about your business so that we can tailor your updates for you. Go to www.search.asic.gov.au/fsr/flb.html and enter your AFSL number. A lot of these questions can be answered once you have your licence conditions in front of you. Otherwise, you can sign up for tailored updates over the phone.

  • Email Address: Who do you want to receive the monthly tailored updates? (There's a maximum of 3 e-mail addresses.)*

  • EDR scheme: Are you a member of any of the following External Dispute Resolution Schemes?

  • Depository or Custodial Service: Do you provide depository or custodial services?

  • Financial Products: What financial products apply to you?














  • Disclosure documents: What documents do you give to clients or distributors?




  • Representatives: Do you have authorised representatives?

  • Business description: Which of the following best describes your business?








  • Invoices: Please enter the physical or email address to which bills would be send.
  • Please enter the name or title of the person to whose attention invoices should be marked.
  • Contact details: Please enter the name and phone number of the person we should contact if we have questions about your business
  • Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing: On what areas of AML/CTF do you require updates?

  • Do you want to received tailored updates? If yes, we will only tell you about regulatory changes and news that is relevant to the authorisations on your AFSL. If no, we will give you an untailored version.*
  • The cost of subscription is AUD$60 per month, billed quarterly. You can opt out any time.
